Sharper X, no fluff

Tweakr

A cleaner, more intentional version of X for people who use the timeline like a workspace. Filter by country, tune feed quality, switch presets, and cut the algorithmic noise.

Chrome is live. The iPhone app is already approved on the App Store. macOS is still waiting for review.

What Tweakr does

Tweakr is not another generic theme toggle. It is a focused control layer for shaping the timeline, making X feel calmer, more useful, and less noisy.

Presets

One-click reading modes

Switch between Minimal, Markets, Builders, and News presets instead of hand-tuning every switch.

Filtering

Country and region control

Block countries or regions from the For You timeline and stack it with content-focus bundles for tighter filtering.

Quality

Better signal, less noise

Apply follower-count and account-age floors so low-quality accounts stop dominating your feed.

Content focus

AI · Markets · Builders · News · Culture

Bundles built for specific modes so the For You tab maps to subjects you actually care about.

Cleanup

Less clutter, fewer junk replies

Clean up reply noise, trim low-signal surfaces, and make the desktop layout denser or calmer to match how you read.

Context

Location cues with flags

See account-location labels with country flags on focused tweets, hover cards, and other supported surfaces.

Also open source

I also open sourced the experimental iOS Twitter wrapper that helped shape a lot of these ideas. It is a Capacitor-based app with extra tweaks aimed at reviving more of the older Twitter feel on mobile.
